Termales Machin

Termales Machín is a bicarbonate-rich hot spring resort in the vicinity of Cerro Machín, an active composite volcano in Tolima Department, Colombia, whose geothermal activity beneath the surrounding landscape drives naturally heated mineral waters to the surface in one of the most volcanically significant regions of the Colombian Andes. Cerro Machín is considered one of Colombia's most potentially dangerous volcanoes, and the geothermal springs of the area are a visible expression of the volcanic energy that characterizes this corner of the Cordillera Central.
