Termas de Larroudé

Termas de Larroudé is located in Bernardo Larroudé, a small farming community in La Pampa Province, at the heart of Argentina's central plains. La Pampa is better known for its endless horizons and estancias than for its hydrological resources, but deep subterranean aquifers do emerge here and there, giving rise to a handful of modest thermal balnearios scattered across the steppe.

The bathing complex offers pools fed by thermal water at a neutral pH of 7.3, in the unpretentious, community-centred atmosphere typical of provincial Argentine baths. It serves primarily local residents and road travellers crossing the province along the national highway. The appeal lies precisely in its simplicity — warm pools against a backdrop of open sky and grassland, without the infrastructure or crowds of the more famous thermal destinations in Entre Ríos or Neuquén.
