In the village of Banya, a few minutes from Bansko and about thirty minutes from Blagoevgrad in southwestern Bulgaria, Pulse Therme draws on its own mineral spring in a locality known for more than seventy recorded hot springs. The complex covers 6,500 square meters, split between 3,000 indoors and 3,500 outdoors, with thirteen mineral-water pools fed continuously from the source.

Rich in sodium, potassium, iron, fluorine, chlorine, and sulfur, the water's naturally high temperature allows the spa to operate year-round. Saunas, steam baths, a salt room, and relaxation areas round out this modern facility, one of the newest thermal hubs in the Razlog area.

Insider tip — Pulse Therme is located in the Blagoevgrad area of southwestern Bulgaria, a region known for its geothermal activity along the Struma River valley near the Rhodope foothills. The mineral-rich thermal waters here are typical of the Bulgarian spa tradition, offering relief for musculoskeletal complaints. The proximity to Rila Mountain and the historic Rila Monastery makes this a convenient wellness stopover for travellers exploring the region.
