San Giuliano Terme is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pisa in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) west of Florence and about 5 kilometres (3 mi) northeast of Pisa.

Insider tip — San Giuliano Terme is the thermal town at the gates of Pisa, in the Arno plain. The entire town is built around its historic sulfurous springs — Grand Duke Pietro Leopoldo made it the first official thermal resort of Tuscany in the 18th century. The baths are still used for medical purposes (rheumatology, dermatology) within the Italian public health system.
