Thermomass is defined, according to Albert Einstein's mass-energy equivalence, as the thermal equivalent of energy in the heat flow. The thermomass theory, proposed by Zeng-Yuan Guo, manifests itself in conventional temperature-related processes of mass-energy equivalence: it behaves as energy in conventional processes or as mass in transfer processes. Heat-mass generates a heat potential and a flow in heat transfer. Thermomass is so minute that it is rarely measurable, but it can manifest itself during very rapid temperature variations or extreme heat transfers. Unlike the traditional caloric theory, matter behaves as massless heat. The thermomass theory treats mass and matter as a fluid.
