Acqui Terme is an Italian municipality of 19,006 inhabitants in the province of Alessandria, in Piedmont. It lies in the middle-lower valley of the Bormida river, in the upper Monferrato, and is part of the geographical region of the Acquese. It is also one of the area's central towns within the province, as the seat of the hospital, the educational hub and other public services.
