Kamihiro Onsen is one of the many bathhouses within Beppu, Japan's largest hot spring resort city in Oita Prefecture, Kyushu, famous for the Beppu Hatto — the Eight Thermal Zones of Beppu — where more thermal water flows daily than anywhere in the world outside of Yellowstone.
