Shingu Onsen Wakayama

Shingu Onsen is a thermal facility in Shingu city, the gateway to the sacred Kumano region of the Kii Peninsula in Wakayama Prefecture — a UNESCO World Heritage Site of ancient forests, sacred shrines, and pilgrimage paths where siliceous hot springs have been revered as sacred manifestations of the earth's spiritual energy for over a millennium.
