Yasuda Onsen

Yasuda Onsen serves a small coastal community in the northern Aki district of Kochi Prefecture, where the Yasuda River meets the Pacific in a small bay sheltered by forested headlands characteristic of the rugged eastern Kochi coast — a landscape alternating between dramatic rocky promontories and sheltered fishing harbors that has sustained maritime communities for centuries along this stretch of the Tosa Bay shoreline.
