Soothing — neither hot nor cold, perfect balance.
Rich in trace elements — gentle on the skin.
Soft water — natural, classic buoyancy.
In Eging am See, a recognised climatic health resort some 30 kilometres from Passau, the Sonnen-Therme sits right on the shore of the Eging lake. Its pool landscape combines a current pool for swimming laps, an outdoor 33°C pool fitted with air jets and massage nozzles, and a granite rock pool with a whirlpool — a nod to the local geology of the Bavarian Forest.
A distinctive feature is its Mediterranean pool, which recreates 3% salinity seawater, alongside an all-granite sauna area with a 95°C sauna, an 85°C Finnish sauna and a 55°C sanarium. In the basement, a relaxation area sits alongside physiotherapy and occupational therapy facilities, a sign of a resort built as much for rest as for gentle rehabilitation.
