Mataruška Banja is a spa town located in the City of Kraljevo, Central Serbia. It is located at the Ibar river, 9 km from Kraljevo. As of 2011 census, it has a population of 2,950 inhabitants. Mataruška Banja is among Serbia's top five most visited spa towns, thanks to its comparatively good public transport connections with nearby Kraljevo and developed tourist infrastructure.

Insider tip — Mataruska Banja is one of Serbia's oldest continuously used thermal resorts, perched above the Ibar River valley on the route between Kraljevo and the medieval monasteries of the Raska school. Its hot springs reach 40–47°C and have drawn visitors since the 19th century. The surrounding valley, flanked by limestone ridges, turns vivid orange in autumn, and the spa's sanatorium-style architecture preserves a charming period atmosphere.
