Jebel Oust is a celebrated thermal spa site near Tunis in Tunisia, where chloride- and sodium-rich thermal water at around 55°C emerges from the foot of the Jebel Oust limestone massif and has been used since antiquity — a Roman bath complex and several mosaic floors have been excavated at the site.
