Hot Lake Springs in La Grande, Oregon, is a historic sulphurous hot spring resort in the Grande Ronde valley that was once the largest health resort in the Pacific Northwest, drawing thousands of patients from across the West to its sanatorium and spa facilities in the early 20th century.
