Agua Carbónica Termas de Liérganes

Termas de Liérganes is a traditional bicarbonate spring resort in the village of Liérganes, Cantabria, celebrated for its naturally carbonated mineral water long associated with a thermal tradition of well-being. The spring waters are among the most mineralised in northern Spain, naturally effervescent and rich in bicarbonates that have made them valued within a thermal tradition since the 17th century. The spa is embedded in one of Cantabria's most picturesque villages, with a historic bridge, Baroque church, and traditional stone architecture framing the thermal park. Liérganes also holds a place in Spanish folklore as the supposed origin of the legendary 'Merman of Liérganes', a local myth that has given the village an enduring cultural mystique alongside its thermal heritage.
