Awash Filwoha, a thermal spring complex within Awash National Park in Ethiopia's Afar Region, is a cluster of fluoride and bicarbonate-rich hot springs emerging in a landscape of doum palms and acacia savanna on the banks of the Awash River, one of Ethiopia's major rivers flowing into the Afar Triangle.
