The Thermes de Prats-de-Mollo are located in Prats-de-Mollo-la-Preste, in the Pyrénées-Orientales department of Occitanie, France. The sulfurous thermal water reaches around 44°C. The facility offers indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hammam and massage.
Insider tip — La Preste, the thermal annex of the medieval walled town of Prats-de-Mollo, sits at 1130 m in the Haut Vallespir and is one of France's highest-altitude sulfurous stations. The strongly mineralized water emerges at up to 44°C with a pungent sulfurous character that is the hallmark of authentic Pyrenean thermal bathing. The forested gorge of the Tech river just below makes for exceptional hiking between soak sessions.
