The water rises at a vigorous 42 °C, sulfurous and mildly acidic at pH 6.5, delivering a confident, sustained heat that envelops the body from the first moment of immersion. As a hot spring resort, El Otoño combines the raw character of volcanic spring water with a social atmosphere that is quintessentially Colombian — animated pools, family gatherings at weekends, and the distinctive mineral scent of sulfur mingling with the rich earth of the coffee region.
