Csopak Thermal

Csopak Thermal is a thermal wellness facility in the wine village of Csopak on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the volcanic hill country of the Balaton Uplands Nature Park, where the hills above the lake produce some of Hungary's most distinguished white wines — including the celebrated Furmint and Olaszrizling varieties — from vineyards that have been cultivated since Roman times. The bicarbonate geothermal waters from the Pannonian Basin's abundant resources are offered in a thermal complex that provides year-round mineral bathing to complement the seasonal pleasures of Balaton lakeside life and the viticultural culture of the northern shore wine villages. The Csopak area, with its volcanic geology, ancient Roman wine tradition, and spectacular views across the lake to the flat southern shore, represents some of the finest landscape and terroir on the entire Balaton circuit.
