Narusawa Onsen is a highland hot spring in Narusawa village, a small rural municipality at the northwestern foot of Mount Fuji in Yamanashi Prefecture, situated within the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park amid the ancient lava fields of the Aokigahara forest — a distinctive landscape formed by the great Fuji eruption of 864 AD.
