Caldas da Cavaca

Caldas da Cavaca is a thermal spa situated at 580 meters altitude in the municipality of Aguiar da Beira, Guarda district, in the Beira Alta region of central Portugal, approximately 38 km from Viseu, where bicarbonated fluorated carbonated mineral springs emerge from the granitic basement of the central Portuguese highlands and have been developed into a certified thermal establishment offering a rare mineral water combination of bicarbonate, carbonate, and fluoride components within a long Portuguese thermal tradition.
