Shinkawa Keikoku Onsenkyo

Shinkawa Keikoku Onsenkyo is a thermal spring cluster spread along the Shinkawa Gorge in Makizono Town, Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture in the former Osumi Province, where the volcanic geology of the Kirishima mountain range produces an unusually rich and chemically diverse thermal spring landscape encompassing sulfurous, bicarbonate, and carbonated water types within a single gorge environment.
