Terme di Premia is an Italian thermal spa in the Val d'Ossola valley of Piedmont, where silica-rich geothermal waters emerge in a spectacular Alpine setting surrounded by the peaks of the Lepontine Alps near the Swiss border — one of northern Italy's most scenically dramatic mountain environments, where ancient glaciers have carved deep valleys and the volcanic and metamorphic geology produces hot springs of exceptional mineral quality.
