Muradiye Baths

Muradiye Baths is a historic Ottoman hammam associated with the Muradiye mosque and charitable complex — the royal Ottoman foundation built by or named after Sultan Murat II, the father of Mehmed the Conqueror, whose patronage of the arts and architecture made Bursa and Edirne into magnificent centers of early Ottoman culture and who built the Muradiye complex in Bursa as one of the finest examples of pre-classical Ottoman architecture.
