The Turkish bath of Prince Miloš at Brestovačka Banja is a historic Ottoman bathhouse in the spa town of Brestovac within Bor Municipality, Bor District, eastern Serbia, listed among Serbia's protected cultural monuments for its historical and architectural significance. Brestovačka Banja is a traditional mineral spring spa resort that attracted Serbian royalty and aristocracy during the nineteenth century, and Prince Miloš Obrenović, the founder of the modern Serbian state, was among its prominent visitors. The Turkish bath at the spa reflects the overlap between Ottoman bathing traditions and the emerging national Serbian culture of the nineteenth century, when the new Serbian principality was carving out its identity while still absorbing the Ottoman architectural legacy it inherited from centuries of Ottoman rule.
