Suria Hot Spring Bentong

Suria Hot Spring Bentong is a natural thermal resort in the Bentong District of Pahang state, peninsular Malaysia, where sulfurous-oligomineral geothermal waters emerge in the lush tropical highland environment at the eastern foot of the Titiwangsa Main Range, providing thermal bathing amid rainforest scenery two hours from Kuala Lumpur. The springs are part of a cluster of thermal sites in the Bentong area — including the well-known Sungai Klau and Karak hot springs — that benefit from the geothermal activity associated with the Main Range granite batholith, which has created numerous spring sites on both slopes of peninsular Malaysia's central mountain spine.
