Thermes du Régina opened on 1 April 1968, the first establishment of the Thermes Adour group founded in 1966 by Roger Junca, spring discoverer and visionary builder of modern thermalism in Dax. The adjoining Hôtel Regina followed in March 1969, forming a complex designed from the outset to host both cures and stays together.
Set between the Parc des Arènes and the Parc des Sports in the heart of the city, Thermes du Régina stands out for its spacious, bright, air-conditioned facilities. Like the other establishments of the Thermes Adour group, it specialises in rheumatology and phlebology cures, drawing on the waters and péloïde mud characteristic of Dax.
