Terme di Roncegno

Terme di Roncegno is a distinguished historic thermal spa in the village of Roncegno Terme in the Valsugana valley of Trentino, renowned for its ferruginous (iron-rich) spring waters that have made it a specialist destination for treating anaemia, fatigue, and metabolic disorders since the 19th century. The iron and arsenic-bearing spring waters are among the most mineralised in Italy, carefully dosed in medical protocols under physician supervision in a tradition of serious balneological medicine. The Belle Époque thermal hotel and bathing pavilions, set in a park of magnificent conifers and chestnut trees overlooking the Brenta River valley, preserve an atmosphere of aristocratic thermal resort culture with remarkable architectural distinction.
