Kamiina Onsen is a traditional hot spring in Iijima town, located in the Kamiina district of southern Nagano Prefecture in the middle Ina Valley, a region of rice paddies, apple orchards, and sake breweries set between the high ridgelines of the Minami Alps and Chuo Alps.
