Chundzha Hot Springs is a thermal resort area in the Almaty Region of southeastern Kazakhstan, situated in the fertile Ili River valley near the town of Chundzha, where radon-siliceous springs emerge in an agricultural landscape at the foot of the Zailiysky Alatau mountains. The resort complex has developed around the therapeutic radon and silica-rich waters, which are valued in Central Asian medical tradition for treating cardiovascular, nervous system, and musculoskeletal conditions.
