Matsesta Spa Sochi is one of the most celebrated thermal complexes in the Russian Federation, located in the Matsesta district of greater Sochi on the eastern Black Sea coast, whose iodine-sulfide waters were used by Soviet leaders including Stalin and have long been part of the region's spa tradition.
