Svalyava Transcarpathian Spa

Svalyava in Transcarpathian Oblast draws naturally sparkling bicarbonate mineral waters from the volcanic geothermal zone of the inner Carpathians, where tectonic activity beneath the Pannonian Plain feeds springs celebrated since the 14th century and compared in character to Vichy and Karlovy Vary.
