Borjomi Mineral Springs in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region of Georgia represent the country's most internationally famous thermal heritage, with the Borjomi brand of naturally sparkling bicarbonate-sodium mineral water recognised across the former Soviet Union and increasingly worldwide.
