Relaxing — deep, immediate muscle release.
Rich in trace elements — gentle on the skin.

Mogoin Gol Hot Springs is a natural thermal site in the Arkhangai Region of central Mongolia, where oligomineral springs emerge in the forested highland landscape of the Khangai Mountains, traditionally used by Mongolian nomadic communities for relaxation and well-being in the folk bathing tradition known as arslan-us (hot spring water). The oligomineral composition of the springs — low in dissolved solids and mild — makes them broadly accessible for general relaxation and rest, consistent with their use as a communal gathering and recuperation site during the summer migration season. The remote Arkhangai highland environment, with its ancient volcanic geology, dense Siberian taiga forest patches alternating with open steppe, and the traditional pastoral lifestyle of the Khalkha Mongolian herders, provides an extraordinarily authentic nomadic cultural landscape for this natural thermal experience.
